Here's to a season filled with connection, community, and making the most of summer at Aperture San Bruno.
July Resident Event

BBQ - July 23rd
Time to fire up the grills for a Courtyard BBQ on Thursday, July 23rd from 5:00–8:00 PM. Gather with neighbors, enjoy great food, and make the most of a summer evening right here at Aperture. Whether you're stopping by for a bite to eat or staying to connect with friends and neighbors, we look forward to seeing you there for one of our favorite summer traditions.
Thanks For Joining Us Last Month!
Swap, Shop, & Brunch

Our recent resident event featuring pastries from Paris Bagquette was a huge success, with approximately 64 residBaguetteents joining us. It was great to see neighbors gathering, swaping goods, meeting new friends, and enjoying delicious treats together!swapping

"I would be amiss if I did not make an update to talk about how great Carlos and Ruby have been to us and the building in general.
First, Carlos was the replacement for Oscar in the maintenance department. Calling Carlos a "handyman" is an understatement. He is an artist and an engineer all at once. No task is too much for him and he always performs it with a smile in his face. This is largely why Aperture is in such great condition.
A couple of years later, Ruby replaced Melanie as a manager for the building. To get an idea of how much Ruby cares, all you have to do is check her availability. There is literally no time in the day that Ruby is out of reach. Or a problem that she won't tackle for that matter. We are so grateful for her dedication.
Throw in the amazing events that this wonderful duo organizes for us once a month and you will understand why this is one of the most capable pair you can have running an apartment complex!"

Local Feature
4th Of July Firework Show!

Residents can enjoy nearby Independence Day celebrations, as San Bruno does not host a city-sponsored fireworks display. Just a short drive away, the Port of Redwood City offers a professional waterfront show launching around 9:30 p.m., making it one of the closest large-scale viewing options. To the north, San Francisco also lights up the Bay with its iconic fireworks display at approximately 9:30 p.m., with popular viewing spots including Marina Green and Pier 39 for a classic Bay Area Fourth of July experience.

Support The Summer Digital Food Drive

North Coast Living's annual Summer Digital Food Drive is here! Running from June 29–July 29, helping support local food banks across the communities we serve. At Aperture, donations will benefit Samaritan House, providing critical resources to families throughout San Mateo County. Every dollar donated can provide nearly three pounds of food and allows food banks to purchase fresh essentials like milk, eggs, produce, and meat. To maximize the impact, North Coast Living will match all monetary donations, doubling our community's contribution. Join us in donating to support neighbors in need.
