  • Who manages this community?

    The Aperture Apartments are managed by North Coast Living. We take care of leasing and maintenance, and we do our best to help you "Live Well" each and every day. Meet your team.

  • What are the office hours?

    Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

  • What are the lease terms?

    We offer 6-12 month lease terms.

  • What is the pet policy?

    We are proud to be a pet-friendly community and accept both cats and dogs. Maximum of two pets. Pet deposit is $500. $50/month pet rent per pet.

  • How do I apply?

    In order to apply, future residents must complete an application and sign the Rental Criteria form. We require payment of non-refundable $52 application fee and $500 holding deposit. View pricing and availability on the floorplan pages, and when you've selected your ideal new apartment home, simply click on the Apply Now button to begin your application.

  • How do I provide my proof of income during the application process?

    You will receive a follow up email from us with a link to upload your income documents through our third party verification partner, Snappt.

  • How soon will I know whether or not I'm approved?

    Once you have completed the application and paid the application fee, we will usually have an answer within 24-48 hours.

  • What are the amenities?

    Aperture offers a modern fitness center, a club room with full kitchen, a private community courtyard, and much more! Learn more about amenities here.

  • What are the parking arrangements?

    We have an underground covered parking garage. First parking stall free, extra parking space if available is $100/month. We also have Electric Vehicle charging stations.

  • Do you have a resident referral program?

    Yes! We always greatly appreciate residents spreading the word to friends, co-workers and family about our beautiful community. Please inquire in the office about current resident referral benefits or contact us online.
