August is here, and we're keeping the summer momentum going! Thank you to everyone who joined us at our resident events this past month and helped make our community so special. We'd also like to give a continued warm welcome to our newest Leasing Specialist, Olivia. Her enthusiasm, eagerness to learn, and collaborative spirit have already made a wonderful impact, and we're so excited to have her as part of the Aperture San Bruno team.

Is your pet ready for their close-up? We are currently looking for new stars to feature in our Pet of the Month. We love celebrating the four-legged (and feathered!) friends that make our community so special in our monthly newsletter.

San Francisco Marathon-A Bucket List Marathon!

The San Francisco Marathon has challenged runners since 1977, but it was the addition of the Golden Gate Bridge to the course in the mid-1980s that transformed it into an internationally recognized race. Running across one of the world's most iconic bridges—closed to traffic for the event—is a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Known for its rolling hills, unpredictable weather, coastal winds, and unforgettable Bay views, the 26.2-mile course is as rewarding as it is challenging.
