New month, new faces at Aperture San Bruno! Help us give a warm welcome to our newest team member, Olivia. We’re excited to have her as part of our community and look forward to all the positive energy and support she’ll bring to our residents and team.

Swap, Shop, & Brunch - June 20th
Join us for our Community Swap, Shop, and Brunch on Saturday, June 20th from 9:00–11:00 AM! Bring gently used clothes, home goods, books, décor, or other items ready for a new home and enjoy a morning of decluttering, discovering new treasures, and connecting with neighbors. Brunch and pastries by Paris Baguette will be provided while supplies last. Everything must go — come swap, shop, and enjoy the community together!

Bingo and Pizza Night
Our recent Pizza & Bingo Night was a hit with residents of all ages! A big thank you to AT&T for sponsoring the event and helping bring the community together for an evening of fun, prizes, and friendly competition. @mountainmikes kept everyone fueled while bingo brought plenty of laughs and excitement.

Paris Baguette
We’ll be serving pastries and coffee from Paris Baguette at our next community event on June 20th! Paris Baguette is a neighborhood bakery café known for expertly crafted baked goods, handcrafted cakes, freshly baked pastries and breads, and delicious Lavazza coffee — all served by its talented team of bakers, cakers, and baristas right here in the San Mateo community.

Olivia Rodriguez - Leasing Consultant
Please join us in welcoming Olivia to the Aperture San Bruno team! Starting June 1st, Olivia will be joining the leasing office as our newest Leasing Agent. A recent UC Berkeley graduate, she is excited to begin training with the team and bring her strong customer service background and positive energy to the community. We’re thrilled to have her on board and look forward to the exceptional experience she’ll help create for our residents and future neighbors.

Our team is incredibly excited to bring these new tools and service standards back home to Aperture, continuing our commitment to creating a warm, vibrant, and deeply connected community for all of our residents.
