January Resident Event
Pizza Social - Jan 23rd
Get ready to kick off 2026 with good company and great food! We're excited to announce our first resident social of the New Year: a Pizza Social! Come mingle with your neighbors, enjoy some delicious slices, and unwind as we celebrate new beginnings together in the clubhouse from 12 to 2 pm or while supplies last.

Holiday Party
Our holiday party was a hit! We had a great turnout and plenty of delicious food to go around, especially the pozole Carlos made, which was completely devoured by the end of the night. The tamales and desserts were enjoyed as well, but the pozole was definitely the star of the evening.

"I have lived in two different apartments at Aperture, and it's by far the best managed complex I have experienced in the Bay Area over the years. Both Miguel, the previous manager, and Melanie, current manager, are highly professional, excel at their jobs, and genuinely care about their residents. They promptly address any issues, pay close attention to detail, and always go above and beyond. The entire process of moving between apartments and eventually moving out due to school enrollment has been completely seamless for me. Melanie has also always been wonderful to talk to and I'll really miss seeing her."

And The Winner Is...
The Annual Food Drive has wrapped up, and we’re thrilled to celebrate the winners of our company-wide Food Drive Display Contest! Barham Villas in San Marcos, CA, earned Most Creative with their Super Food Drive, while Link Seattle took Best Overall with their Hogwarts Polar Express (pictured above), and Marlowe Chicago won Best Holiday Theme with Classy Grinch. Be sure to check out the North Coast Living Instagram to see all of the winning displays, and stay tuned as we share the total amount of food donated across our communities in early 2026.
