we’re reflecting on what has truly been our best year yet at Aperture. From our pie nights and bingo gatherings to our Halloween celebration and so many other community moments, this year has been filled with connection, laughter, and unforgettable events. Thank you for spending another year with us. And to our incredible staff—none of this would be possible without you. Here’s to wrapping up 2025 with gratitude and stepping into a bright new year together.

"I have lived in two different apartments at Aperture, and it's by far the best managed complex I have experienced in the Bay Area over the years. Both Miguel, the previous manager, and Melanie, current manager, are highly professional, excel at their jobs, and genuinely care about their residents. They promptly address any issues, pay close attention to detail, and always go above and beyond. The entire process of moving between apartments and eventually moving out due to school enrollment has been completely seamless for me. Melanie has also always been wonderful to talk to and I'll really miss seeing her."

Local Feature
One Love Cafe
One Love Cafe is a neighborhood gem just a short walk from Aperture—located at 486 San Mateo Ave opened M–W: 7am–2pm
Th–Sun: 7am–8pm. It’s our go-to spot for coffee, art, and community vibes, complete with an art café setup and weekly open mic nights. And don’t miss their one-year anniversary party on December 13 from 3–6pm!

Living Well
Annual North Coast Food Drive
It's the most wonderful time of the year—the time for giving! We are thrilled to launch our annual Community Food Drive from December 1st to December 31st. This year, we invite you to donate your non-perishable food items to our beautiful, festive holiday display, located right inside the leasing office. All donations collected throughout December will be delivered to support Second Harvest Food Bank's local families in need. Thank you for helping us spread cheer and kindness this season!
