February Resident Event

BYOHD (build your own hot dog!) - Feb 26th

Join us on February 26th from 5:00–6:30 PM for a fun, casual evening featuring build-your-own hot dogs (with vegetarian options available) and boba. It’s the perfect chance to grab a bite, connect with neighbors, and enjoy some time together—we hope to see you there.

Nacho Night

First event of the year and it was a HIT 🌮✨ Our Nacho Night brought out 59 residents and all the toppings you could dream of—what a way to kick off the year.

"I highly recommend this apartment. A huge part of that is due to the professionalism and competence of the apartment manager, Melanie. Not only is she personable and welcoming, she's excellent at her job. She's always aware of what's happening around the property and ensuring things are running smoothly. Further, she goes above and beyond to make sure the residents feel at home and well cared for. Her ability to remember names and details about residents is special. She's gone out of her way to help me multiple times. She's easy to reach, and I always feel welcomed into her office when I need to talk to her.

Carlos, the maintenance manager, is equally personable, and every issue I've had was fixed in a super fast and skilled manner. I've never had issues with slow response times. He's very professional and his communication is excellent.

The apartment space, gym, garage, and common areas are all great and what you'd expect from a typical newer/nicer apartment. However, I can't emphasize enough that I think this place is a rare gem in how everything is just genuinely well managed and feels so comfortable/homey."

Annual Food Drive Impact

This year, our communities donated over 27,000 pounds of food to our Annual North Coast Living Winter Food Drive, helping provide thousands of meals to families in need. What begins as a simple act of giving at our properties becomes real nourishment and meaningful impact, making this one of the most important initiatives we take part in each year. Congratulations to our top contributors by pounds per unit—The Lark, Kearney Plaza, and The Gossamer—and special recognition to The Upland, The Margot, and Barham Villas for their outstanding total donations. Thank you to every resident and team member who participated and helped strengthen the communities we call home.
