Big Western BBQ - July 19th
Y’all are invited to our Big Western BBQ Resident Event on Friday, July 19th from 12 pm-3 pm! Join us in the clubhouse for a summer celebration featuring a Western theme, Southwestern-inspired dishes, and plenty of fun—don’t forget to wear your plaid shirts and cowboy boots!

Summer Succulent Event
Residents enjoyed a delicious spread—fresh fruits, veggies, pasta salad, wings, and mini tacos—while picking out their favorite succulents to take home. The turnout was amazing, the vibes were high, and the hot food flew off the table! Thanks to everyone who came out and made it such a fun summer evening.

"I have lived in two different apartments at Aperture, and it's by far the best-managed complex I have experienced in the Bay Area over the years. Both Miguel, the previous manager, and Melanie, current manager, are highly professional, excel at their jobs, and genuinely care about their residents. They promptly address any issues, pay close attention to detail, and always go above and beyond. The entire process of moving between apartments and eventually moving out due to school enrollment has been completely seamless for me. Melanie has also always been wonderful to talk to and I'll really miss seeing her.
Maintenance has always been top-notch as well. Carlos handles any repairs the same day, often within just a few minutes or hours of submitting a request, and everything is always taken care of promptly.
They also host a variety of resident events throughout the year, putting great care into organizing them and ensuring everyone has a wonderful time."
