Aperture October 2026

Community News

October is bringing a fresh look to Aperture! Our interior courtyard and building exterior have been refreshed with a new coat of paint, along with touch-ups to the awnings and balcony railings. We’re excited to head into a new season with a refreshed community and plenty to look forward to around San Bruno this fall.

Pasta To Go

Pasta To-Go Night was a hit at The Lark, Blake at Berkeley, and here at Aperture! We loved sharing a delicious dinner, seeing so many smiling faces, and creating those simple moments that make a community feel a little more like home. 🍝✨

Here’s to good neighbors, full plates, and more nights together.

What Residents are Saying

"Moving internationally was a huge transition, but Ruby and Olivia made our move-in process really smooth!

Despite the time difference during our planning, Ruby was always prompt, patient, and thorough in answering all of our questions. Since we were traveling from overseas, we had to order several items and essentials ahead of time. Ruby and Olivia graciously agreed to receive our shipments and put the boxes in our apartment before we arrived.

When we finally arrived on move-in day, Ruby and Olivia gave us such a warm and enthusiastic welcome. They genuinely put so much care and effort into building a wonderful community here. Thank you so much, Ruby and Olivia!"
