"Have lived here two years, and really enjoyed it. Excellent service, particularly when it comes to maintenance needed. I put a request in on a Tuesday night for my broken dishwasher, and Carlos was there fixing it Wednesday morning/afternoon. He kept me updated on how things were proceeding via text, and even cleaned up the cabinet area as it was messy from the water spots. He really went above and beyond! The managers also do themed food events each quarter, which is appreciated. :)"
