this holiday season, Aperture Apartments is proud to participate in the Annual North Coast Living Food Drive, running now through December 31st. We're partnering with a local food bank to help support families in need, and we invite you to join us in making a difference.

Ugly Sweater Holiday Party - December 11
Get ready to eat, drink, and be tacky! Join us on December 11th at 6 PM in the clubhouse for our Ugly Sweater Holiday Party. Wear your ugliest sweater for a chance to win a prize and enjoy festive fun with your neighbors. Plus, bring canned food for our food drive and get entered into a raffle! Let's celebrate the season while giving back. See you there!

"As someone who has disabilities, finding a new apartment that meets my needs can be incredibly hard and time consuming. A lot of property managers don’t understand, or care, and it can be a demoralizing process. But out of the fifteen buildings I toured recently, my experience with Melanie really stood out in a positive way. She was friendly, responsive, curious, caring, and reasonable, and that made a big difference in my day and week. She took the time to get to know me and my needs and was genuinely personable with a joie vivre I have rarely seen in the world of real estate, which so often ends up burning out under-resourced leasing agents at the hands of transactional corporate overlords. Even when the unit I applied to had an issue and didn’t work out, she was committed to resolving it for whoever did apply to the unit next - which gives me a lot of hope for the people who do live there. I hope North Coast knows how lucky they are to have someone so committed to caring for their community."

Annual North Coast Living Food Drive
This December, Aperture San Bruno is proud to partner with a local food bank to help fight hunger in our community. From 12/01 to 12/31, we’ll be collecting food donations both online and in person to support those in need during the holiday season. Let’s come together to make a difference! Drop off non-perishable items at the leasing office or donate online—every contribution helps bring meals and hope to local families.
