What Residents are Saying

⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
"The apartment space, gym, garage, and common areas are all great and what you'd expect from a typical newer/nicer apartment. However, I can't emphasize enough that I think this place is a rare gem in how everything is just genuinely well managed and feels so comfortable/homey."

Living Well
A Day of Service at Samaritan House
Building strong communities at North Coast Living starts with the hands-on dedication of the people who care for it every day. This month, team members from The Lark, Aperture, Blake at Berkeley, and 612 Mariposa came together to volunteer at Samaritan House in San Mateo, where they spent the morning sorting food for local families in need. More than just a service project, the day was an opportunity for our teams to connect, support one another, and witness firsthand how small acts of service can make a lasting impact. After a productive morning of giving back, the teams shared lunch and held their monthly safety meeting, rounding out a day focused on both community well-being and team unity.
