Thanks for Joining Us Last Month
Pi Day
Last month, we celebrated Pi Day on a Friday—because what could be better than ending the week with pie? Residents stopped by throughout the evening to enjoy nine different pies from Shari’s Pies, complete with whipped cream and ice cream to top it all off.

"I have lived in two different apartments at Aperture, and it's by far the best managed complex I have experienced in the Bay Area over the years. Both Miguel, the previous manager, and Melanie, current manager, are highly professional, excel at their jobs, and genuinely care about their residents. They promptly address any issues, pay close attention to detail, and always go above and beyond. The entire process of moving between apartments and eventually moving out due to school enrollment has been completely seamless for me. Melanie has also always been wonderful to talk to and I'll really miss seeing her.
Maintenance has always been top notch as well. Carlos handles any repairs the same day, often within just a few minutes or hours of submitting a request, and everything is always taken care of promptly.
They also host a variety of resident events throughout the year, putting great care into organizing them and ensuring everyone has a wonderful time.
Aperture is also a fantastic place for families with kids from my experience. The location is super convenient, with numerous restaurants just outside, and San Bruno Park is within walking distance. The Le Petite Swim Center is only a few minutes walking distance away, and my kids loved going there.
The gym, common areas, and overall upkeep of the building are excellent too, and everything is always well-maintained and clean.
I highly recommend Aperture to anyone searching for a wonderful place to live."

Celebrating Earth Day at Aperture
Sustainability is at the heart of our community. From rooftop solar panels powering part of our property to EV chargers making green transportation more accessible, we're dedicated to reducing our carbon footprint. Plus, through our partnership with Best Bees, our rooftop hives support local pollinators and provide fresh honey for our residents (see photo above)! At North Coast, Green Living isn’t just a value—it’s a way of life.
